I encountered an ad that I can’t close.

Unfortunately, sometimes ads can have technical issues. If you have encountered a buggy ad, please send an email to support.ios.ng@minimega.zendesk.com, let us know which ad so that we can report it to the ad providers. A screenshot of the offending ad will help us track it down.
Generally we try to avoid words with ambiguous spelling e.g. (COLOR vs. COLOUR) if we do use a word with ambiguous spelling, we tend to go with the American version.
If a particular puzzle is localised then we sometimes use the local spelling e.g. (SYDNEY HARBOR vs. SYDNEY HARBOUR). The English language is fluid and always open to interpretation, we celebrate this.
Daily Puzzles are designed by the community, if you see something that is a legitimate typo/spelling mistake or there is an incorrect answer please rate the puzzle as "1 star".

Please make sure you are correctly signed into iCloud and Game Center. Some players have had success restoring progress by signing out and signing back into Game Center.
You can skip to any puzzle in any puzzle pack, simply choose a pack and tap on any puzzle to play it.

You can make a purchase to remove ads between puzzles, but you still need to watch an ad to request a hint. You can toggle “Ads for Hints” in settings.
